Rajinikanth, Kamal Hassan, AR Rahman are attending Vairamuthu's book launch function, which is scheduled to be held on January 2. They will receive the books from Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi, who is inaugurating the event.
Writer Vairamuthu, who has penned over 7000 lyrics, has compiled his 1000 best lyrics together in a book. Many top filmmakers like Mani Ratnam, Shankar, K Balachander, lyric writer Vaali, playback singers SP Balasubramaniam, KJ Yesudas, P. Susheela and others are said to be attending the function.
The playback singers will be crooning the songs penned by lyricist Vairamuthu.
